360° Bend In solidworks
Tuesday, August 14, 2007
Is it Possible to make 360° Bend in sheet metal in solidworks?

Yes we can.

Create your flat sheet metal shape, centered about the origin. Insert a vertical line at the origin. Select insert bends. Your bend angle should be 359°. You'll have to mess around with your default radius to get it to bend as you need, but it should work. See attached.

Download Sample part here.
